Tomoyuki Matsuda (born 12 December 1975)[2] is a Japanese sport shooter.

He has represented Japan at 2008 Summer Olympics, where Matsuda got 8th place at the 50 m pistol event and 18th place at the 10 m air pistol event.[3] He also competed at 2012 Summer Olympics, finishing in 11th place in the 50 m pistol and 13th place in the 10 m air pistol events.[4][5]

Matsuda started his international career in 2002.[3]

He won gold medal in 10 m air pistol at World Championships held at Munich in 2010.
