Thomas William Parsons (born 2 May 1987, Melbourne, Australia) is an English cricketer and former student of Maidstone Grammar School. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm fast-medium pace bowler.

Parsons made his first-class debut in the 2007 season for Loughborough University Centre of Cricketing Excellence, in their match against Worcestershire.[1] He took three wickets, of which the first was England batsman Vikram Solanki.

An Academy player with Kent, he made his first-team debut for the club against Sri Lanka A in July 2007. He took the wickets of Test cricketers Chamara Kapugedera and Rangana Herath, before rain forced a premature end to the match.[2]

In 2008 Parsons finished his degree at Loughborough University and signed a contract with Hampshire County Cricket Club. At the end of the 2009 County Championship Parsons was released by Hampshire.

After a year struggling with injury, Parsons trialled with Middlesex before signing non contract terms with the club in 2011
