Thomas V. Hickey (born February 15, 1933) is a Canadian politician. He represented the electoral district of Cape St. Francis in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly from 1966 to 1986. He is a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador.[1] He was born at Outer Cove.[2][3]
