Tom Dumoulin (born 11 November 1990) is a Dutch professional road bicycle racer for UCI ProTeam Team Giant-Alpecin.[1] In September 2014 he came in second place of the Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec after surging ahead on the last incline and being passed by Simon Gerrans.[2] He started the 2015 season by finishing fourth of the Tour Down Under. He picked his first success of the season by winning the final individual time trial on the Tour of the Basque Country.[3]
