Tokyo Joe's
Tokyo Joe's is a chain of 30 fast casual restaurants located in Denver, Colorado, the surrounding area and the Phoenix area. The privately held company was established in 1993 by Larry Leith, and the first location was opened in 1996.[1] The name Tokyo Joe's is meant to represent an American take on Japanese food for the average Joe.[2]
