Todoroki Station (驫木駅 Todorogi-eki) is a railway station on the JR East Gonō Line located in the town of Fukaura, Aomori Prefecture Japan. It is 76.0 rail kilometers from the southern terminus of the Gonō Line at Higashi-Noshiro Station.

History

Todorogi Station was opened on December 13, 1934 as a station on the Japan National Railways (JNR). With the privatization of the JNR on April 1, 1987, it came under the operational control of JR East. The station building was reconstructed in December 2008.

Todoroki Station has a single side platform, serving bidirectional traffic. The station is unattended. The station building is a small wooden structure built onto the platform.


Surroundings

Todoroki Station is located on the shoreline of the Sea of Japan. During storms, high waves have been known to wash over the platform.
