Roscoe Todd Karns (January 14, 1921 February 5, 2000) was an American actor perhaps best remembered for playing Harry Bailey, the younger brother of George Bailey (James Stewart) in the Christmas classic It's a Wonderful Life.

Todd Karns was the son of Mary Fraso and character actor Roscoe Karns. When he became an actor, his career was interrupted by the Second World War with the Army Air Corps. When he returned to Hollywood, he played his best-known role as Harry Bailey in the Christmas classic It's a Wonderful life. Except for that role, Karns had often only minor roles in films. In 1949 Karns co-starred in "Jackson and Jill," the first weekly situation comedy for television and appeared with his father in "Rocky King, Detective". In 1971 he and his wife with their three children moved to Ajijic, Mexico, near Guadalajara, where they opened the Lakeside Little Theater, an English-language venue where he produced and directed plays for the next three decades, until his death at age 79.
