Tinnheia is a borough in Kristiansand, Norway. The population is around 3,880 (2013). It is a borough populated with mostly apartments-people and mostly it also has a high percent of immigrants. The borough is a part of Grim district. West for Tinnheia is Hellemyr located, east is Grim and south is Hannevika, an industry area which is most times counted as a part of Tinnheia since a poor population.
