Tina Cole (born August 4, 1943) is an American actress and singer. She is best known for her role as Katie Miller Douglas on the 1960s sitcom My Three Sons (1967–72), but she previously had a recurring role as Sunny Day in the detective series Hawaiian Eye (1963). She was also a member of the Four King Cousins, a subgroup of the King Family Singers. In 1963 she played the minor (uncredited) role of Ruth Stewart in Palm Springs Weekend, a spring break party film set in Palm Springs, California.

Family

Born as Christina Yvonne Cole, she is the daughter of Yvonne King (of The King Sisters) and Buddy Cole. She has a sister, Cathy Green, and four grown children, Volney, Pajeau, Chelsea and Samantha.

Later life

After leaving television, Cole was the director of the Sacramento Children's Theatre. She was also an acting coach at the John Robert Powers acting schools in Roseville and Elk Grove, California but has now retired.

In late 2013 she reformed with her King Cousins (sister Cathy and cousins Candy and Carolyn) and made a one-off appearance at the Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood in November. A subsequent appearance was made at the same club on April 13, 2014. Both nights were sold out and a success. She has also reintroduced herself to the acting world in 2013. Tina has a Facebook fan page and she enjoys the interaction with her fans. Now that My Three Sons is a staple of the ME-TV network, interest in her work is as popular as it has ever been. For this she is most grateful for the overwhelmingly continued love and support shown to her through all these many years.
