Tim Browne (born 27 December 1987) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs of the National Rugby League. He primarily plays prop and second-row.

Playing career

Born in Penrith, New South Wales, Browne played his junior football for the Raymond Terrace Roosters before being signed by the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles.

In 2009, Browne played for the Sea Eagles' Queensland Cup team, the Sunshine Coast Sea Eagles. He played in their 2009 Queensland Cup Grand Final win over the Northern Pride RLFC.

In 2010, Browne joined the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

In Round 5 of the 2010 NRL season, Browne made his NRL debut for the Bulldogs against the New Zealand Warriors.[1]

At the end of 2010, Browne was named on the interchange bench in the 2010 New South Wales Cup Team of the Year.

Browne played in the Bulldogs' two New South Wales Cup Grand Final wins in 2010 and 2011.[2]

On 24 July 2014, Browne extended his contract with the Bulldogs from the end of 2015 to the end of 2016.[3]
