Ticketgoose is an Indian bus-ticketing portal founded in 2007. As of 2013 it was the fastest growing online bus ticketing portal in India,[2] and had 103 employees.[3] It provides end-to-end software and other value added solutions for the Bus Transport Industry. It has offices in Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad[4]

Origin

One co-founder's frustration, of having to travel 30 kilometres from his native village to the nearest town just to book a bus ticket, lead to the birth of TicketGoose.[5] Launched on 15 August 2007, TicketGoose now covers more than 3000 destinations pan India, aggregate 700+ bus operators with 10,000+ buses plying on 20,000+ routes, and a network of 6000+ on-site agents.[6][7][8][9]
