Thunder & Lightning, later released as Family Block (ファミリーブロック Famirī Burokku) in Japan, is a breakout clone released for video arcades in 1990. It features Mr. Chin from Mr. Chin's Gourmet Paradise as the player's character.

A port was released by Romstar for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Despite sharing the same name, the Arcade and NES versions have different levels, with the former having a plot where Mr. Chin must rescue his girlfriend from the Thunder Warrior, a gobin-esque monster with several minions that create the 25 levels the player plays through. The NES version on the other hand has 30 levels, no bosses, and a completely different Thunder Warrior resembling an oni that appears in several levels.

A sequel to the game was later released, Thunder & Lightning 2 (Block Carnival in Japan), though it ignores the continuity from the first game, having completely different characters and themes.
