Thuliso Dingwall

Thuliso Dingwall (born 8 September 1995)[1] is an American actor. He is best known for portraying Kenard on the television series The Wire. He has also had guest appearances on the television shows "Law & Order," "Person of Interest," and "Unforgettable." Dingwall is from Clinton, Maryland.[2]
