Thomas William McGee (May 24, 1924 – December 21, 2012) was a U.S. politician who served as a member of the Lynn, Massachusetts City Council (1956–1963) and Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives (1963–1991), serving as its Speaker from 1975 to 1984.[1] He was the father of Massachusetts state Senator Thomas M. McGee.[2]
McGee died on December 21, 2012 in Lynn, Massachusetts, where he was born and lived much of his life.[3]
