Thomas Unniyadan is an Indian politician and Kerala Congress Leader. And he is the current government chief whip of kerala. belongs to Kerala Congress (M). He is a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly (KLA) representing Irinjalakuda. He was elected to the KLA in 2001, 2006 and 2011 (Present). He is a former president of the Kerala Congress (M) Youth Front.[1]

Political Life
Currently unniyadan is working as Legislative petitions committee chairman and also hold the positions in various committees as Committee member in state Legislative Subject committee and Committee member Legislative Subordinate registration Committee
He also served remarkably as senate member in cochin university of science and technology. currently he is holding the executive member position in national legal services and Kerala agricultural university. And recently he has been selected as Government Chief whip on 10th April 2015.
