Thomas Hurka

Thomas Hurka (born 1952) is a Canadian philosopher who serves as the Jackman Distinguished Chair in Philosophical Studies at the University of Toronto.[1] He has published works on a number of topics, including the topics of goodness,[2] virtue,[3] and ethics.[4] He has also studied the ethics of fighting Global Warming.[5]

He received a PhD from Oxford University.[1]
