Thomas Harvey (1668 - 1699) was the Deputy Governor of North Carolina between 1694 and 1699.
Harvey was born in 1668, in Berkeley Precinct, Albemarle County (modern Perquimans County), North Carolina, to John Harvey (former governor of Albemarle Sound), and Dorothy Tooke (of unknown origin). He had two brothers; Robert and Richard.
He was appointed deputy governor of North Carolina in 1694, keeping the charge until 1699, date in what he was died. He died in Albemarle County.
Harvey married Johanna Jenkins, in 13 April 1682 in Albemarle County. More Later, he married Sarah Laker in Perquimans County, North Carolina, having with her three children: John (who died young), Thomas, and Mary.[1]
