"There's Only One Way to Rock" is a hard rock song by Sammy Hagar off the 1981 album Standing Hampton. The song reached number 31 on the Billboard magazine mainstream rock charts when it was released as a single in 1982.
Hagar later often performed the song with Van Halen when he was with the band during live shows.[1]
