Summary
The Wise Way is an interesting book of quotes on different qualities and styles. It has been written in two famous languages in English and Urdu language.[1] It was also translated in Dutch by help of Naeem Arif and was published from Belgium in 2010.[5] The Wise Way depend on 60 pages that are classified as 37 pages in English and 23 pages in Urdu.
A well-known writer Amjad Parvez writes, "Sehgal also comments on many aspects of life like any one of us does in everyday life but is different in the regard that he has penned his observations down in the form of quotations. About intellectual freedom, he says that 'everyone’s family life should be conducted on the basis of tolerance, compromise and freedom of thought and action for every member of the family'. It is a wise thought and the parents, if become friends with their offshoots, can advise them better after listening to their point of views also. On the other hand, Sehgal is a proponent of maintaining one’s values as inherited from one’s ancestors. He says ‘anyone who abandons the culture and values of his ancestors and adopts those of others in preference betrays his self’ .Here he advises the younger generation to keep the values of their elders in mind otherwise they shall end up as a confused generation".[1]
