The Whyalla News

The Whyalla News is a newspaper serving the town of Whyalla on Eyre Peninsula, South Australia. It commenced publication in 1940 and as of 2014 is owned by Fairfax Media. In 1950, the newspaper's proprietor and editor was Mr J. E. Today, its reportage includes any news relevant to the people of Whyalla and neighbouring towns of Cowell, Kimba and Iron Knob.[2]
