The Universal Party
The Universal Party'[1] is a worldwide political party established in India, South Africa, Brazil and the United Kingdom (2012). It includes student organizations from the world's top five universities, the most prominent of which is situated in UCL.[2]
Platform
The party promotes global governance and global citizenship. Since its inception the party has led an inclusive mandate to work with all organizations that seek binding solutions to solve the planet's contemporary global social issues, such as global warming, environmental destruction, women's rights, human rights and poverty.
Affiliations
The Universal Party is currently affiliated with the World Party [3] centered in Japan. The Universal Alliance [4] in the UK and the WCPA World Constitution and Parliament Association is headquartered in America with worldwide membership.
