"The Sound of White" is a song by Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins. The song was composed by Higgins and produced by Mitchell Froom. It was released as the fourth single from her debut album, 2004's The Sound of White. The single was released in Australia on 15 August 2005 on Eleven and peaked at number twenty-two on the ARIA charts.[1] It was number seventy-four in the Triple J Hottest 100, 2005.[2]
