The Rude Boys are a 1990s R&B/vocal group from Cleveland, Ohio.
Biography
A '90s vocal group from Cleveland, the Rude Boys are making some headway on both the pop and Urban Contemporary fronts. Larry Marcus, Melvin Sephus, and brothers Edward Lee Banks and Joe N Little III were discovered by Levert, who helped get them signed to Atlantic. Their 1990 LP, Rude Awakenings, included the single "Written All Over Your Face," which made it to #16 on the pop chart. the Rude Boys also toured that year with Levert. They followed that with Rude House in 1992 and Rude As Ever in 1997. Larry Marcus is a cousin of B.B. King.
