The Portrait (upcoming film)
The Portrait is an upcoming English language feature film based on the short story "The Portrait" written by 19th century author Nikolai Vasilievich Gogol. The story will be adapted for the screen by fine artists, screenwriters and creative producers Anastasia Elena Baranoff and Elena Vladimir Baranoff.
Filming is planned to take place on location in Russia in Saint Petersburg, ancient town of Suzdal, Southern Taiga of the Ivanovo region, and sound stages in the United Kingdom.[1][2]
