The Mirror of Justices
The Mirror of Justices also known as Mireur a justices[1] or Speculum Justitiariorum,[2] is a book of the early 14th century, written in Anglo-Norman French. It is an early law text book[3] written by Andrew Horn. The original manuscript is in the Parker Library, Corpus Christi College, Cambridge (manuscript identifier CCCC MS 258).[4]
It was published in 1642, translated into English in 1768, and published again in 1895 (in English) by the Selden Society.[5]
