The Maniacs (Manijaci) are supporter group of Bosnian football club FK Željezničar Sarajevo. There are subgroups like Blue Tigers and Joint Union. The most important leader of The Maniacs was Dževad Begić-Đilda, hero who was killed 1992 during Bosnian War.Their main rivals are Horde Zla a supporter group of another football club from Sarajevo FK Sarajevo.

FK Željezničar was always a club supported mainly by working class citizens and FK Sarajevo was supported by upper class. Today that picture is little different.

There are groups of The Maniacs in other citys in Bosnia and Herzegovina mostly in Živinice, Lukavac, Maglaj and other parts of Bosnia.

Incidents with other Ultras groups

Over the years "The Maniacs" developed hated rivalry with Lešinari a supporters group of Borac football club, because in season 2011–12 Lešinari invade on pitch and start throw flares and stones on "The Maniacs".After that several supporters of Željezničar got head and body injuries. But next season 2012-13 there was another incident on match of round 2 between Željezničar and Borac on Grbavica stadium when The Maniacs start throw flares on Lešinari for revenge from last season incident.Because of that every time when FK Željezničar Sarajevo and FK Borac Banja Luka play it's a game of high risk.

There was incident in 2011.Before friendly match between FK Željezničar Sarajevo and NK Hajduk Split a group of Torcida one hour before the match, attack a small group of The Maniacs in Grbavica Stadium. After that attack The Maniacs attack Torcida outside the stadium and causing massive riots on streets of Sarajevo. In the end the game between Željezničar and Hajduk wasn't played.
