The Luka State is an English band from Winsford,[1] Cheshire. Describing themselves as “electronically enhanced Rock ’n’ Roll”, they play a variety of alternative and indie rock as well as more down tempo acoustic and piano driven songs. To date they have been recording with producer Sam Williams[2] (who famously discovered and recorded the Supergrass[3] debut album). They have independently released a double A-Side ("Matter Of Time / 30 Minute Break") on limited edition vinyl. Their first single, "Matter Of Time", was released in October 2013 on Project Records.
