The Love You Make (subtitled "An Insider's story of the Beatles") is a 1983 book by Peter Brown and Steven Gaines.[1] Brown was personal assistant to the Beatles' manager, Brian Epstein, as well as best man to John Lennon at his wedding to Yoko Ono in Gibraltar on 20 March 1969.[3]
The book covers the time from the Beatles' teenage years to after John Lennon's death. A large portion of the book is devoted to Lennon and Epstein.[1]
The book was reissued with very minor revisions in 2002.[1]
