The Last American Vampire is a action horror novel by Seth Grahame-Smith and a sequel to Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter, released on January 13, 2015, through New York–based publishing company Grand Central Publishing.[1]
Plot summary
After turning Lincoln into a vampire from the first book, Henry realizes he has gone against the rules of the Union vampires. Lincoln is horrified by this and jumps out the window and burns.Henry is later summoned by the leader of the union and shows him boxes containing the heads of some of their emissaries along with a note from "A. Grander VIII". He is tasked with finding and stopping this man from committing more murders.
Along the way, Henry reveals some the events of from his life as a human and his early life as a vampire including turning Virginia Dare into a vampire. His travels bring him to England where he helps Arthur Conan Doyle stop Jack the Ripper and also meets Bram Stoker. He also assists Tesla in assassinating Rasputin.
