The Kempe Foundation
The Kempe Foundation[1] is an independent 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization founded in 1976 to raise the needed funds and awareness, and engage in advocacy to create sustainable support for the work of The Kempe Center for the Prevention and Treatment of child abuse and neglect. The Kempe Center hosts programs that treat abused and neglected children, trains future professionals, and researches new methods to help victims of child abuse and neglect.
