The Island is an unincorporated community and neighborhood located within the city of Trenton in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States.[1][2] It is primarily a residential neighborhood consisting of detached, single-family homes and semi-attached (twin) residences built in the 1920s.[3]

Residential neighborhood of detached single family and semi-attached (twin) residences built circa 1924. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,300-2,600 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,850 sq. ft. Typical of most city neighborhoods, lots are small; median is less than one tenth of an acre.
