The Fooo is a Swedish pop boyband established in 2013 and made up of Oscar Enestad, Oscar Molander, Omar Rudberg and Felix Sandman.[1] Starting September 2014, The Fooo changed their name and are known as The Fooo Conspiracy.

Music career

During 2013 the band has made several television performances, at the gala Tillsammans för Världens Barn,[2] and at the Idol 2013 finale in Globen.[3] The band became known after Canadian singer Justin Bieber and his manager saw a video clip of the band on YouTube.[1][4] Bieber's manager called the The Fooo's management and asked if the band would want to become the opening act for Bieber's concert in Globen in April 2013 which the band accepted.[5] The Fooo's first charting single was "Build a Girl" that reached number 41 in Sverigetopplistan, the official Swedish Singles Chart. The song also charted on Digilistanchart reaching number 3.[6] The Fooo's first EP, the self-titled The Fooo, was released on 16 August 2013 by The Artist House. They won the Swedish Grammis award "Innovator of the year". Their debut studio album Off the Grid topped the official Swedish Albums Chart in its first week of release on 2 April 2014.
