The End of the Beginning is the fifth solo album by American rapper Murs, which was released in 2003. It is Murs' debut album on the record label Definitive Jux, and is hailed by critics as one of Murs' best albums. John Bush of Allmusic says that it is "one of the most refreshing rap records in years."[1] It reached #27 on the Independent Albums chart in 2003.[9]
