The Avenues Mall is the largest shopping mall in Kuwait.[1] The mall is located in the Rai area extending from Fifth Ring Road from the south and Al Ghazali Highway from the east. It is named the winner of the ICSC Gold Award for “Best Shopping Center 2013” under the Expansion and Design Category in the Middle East & North Africa.[2] It was first opened in April 2007, under the patronage of the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Sabah.[1]

It features a variety of architectures, giving each area its own identity. Including more than 800 store and parking space that fits 1000 cars.[3]

Its exterior features a modern style surrounded by fountains for each side.

The Avenues concept was inspired by the natural forms of the dessert and dune, rock formation, and sky.

“Prestige” is considered the largest collection of luxury brands, adding a new dimension to luxury shopping. At “Prestige”, elegance and grandeur come together to offer elite brand names, restaurants and cafÈs.

The district is home to 48 brands, including 12 that are the largest brand branches in the Middle East. [5] [6]

SoKu

Derived from South of Kuwait and inspired by New York infamous Soho, a district aimed at the hip & trendy youth visitors[4] an acronym or South of Kuwait — is located on two streets and two floors. It is considered a model place for modern shopping and carries leading youth brands. It brings together modern fashion, sportswear, electronics, and art exhibition, as well as famous international and local restaurants and cafÈs. [7] [8]
