The Ancient Magus' Bride (魔法使いの嫁 Mahō Tsukai no Yome) is an ongoing Japanese fantasy romance shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Kore Yamazaki. It's published by Mag Garden since 2013, on Monthly Comic Blade magazine until September 1, 2014 and on Monthly Comic Garden since then.[1] Three volumes compiling the chapters have been released so far.[2] It will be published in English by Seven Seas Entertainment.[1]

Volume 2 reached the 9th place on the weekly Oricon manga chart[6] and, as of September 21, 2014, has sold 104,518 copies.[7]

It was number two on the 2015 Kono Manga ga Sugoi! Top 20 Manga for Male Readers survey.[8] It was number 36 on the 15th Book of the Year list by Da Vinci magazine in 2014.[9] It was nominated for the eight Manga Taishō in 2015.[10]
