Tessie Harron

Anna Teresa "Tessie" Harron (February 16, 1896 November 9, 1918) was an American actress, sister of Robert Harron. Tessie Harron appeared in D.W. Griffith's Hearts of the World in a minor but striking role, and was scheduled to appear in his next production, before her early death from influenza. According to Lillian Gish's memoir: "Tessie was terribly worried about the Spanish flu going around when the epidemic broke out. Ironically, she contracted it and died."
