State Route 386 is a 4-lane controlled access freeway located in the counties of Davidson and Sumner in Tennessee. It is known as Vietnam Veterans Boulevard. It serves as a bypass for US 31E from Nashville to Hendersonville and Gallatin. There is no direct access from the southbound lanes of TN-386 to I-65 NB; signage at the Conference Drive exit provides a route to access I-65 NB.
It carries a 70 MPH speed limit in Davidson County, and 65 MPH speed limit in Sumner County. The route terminated at exit 9 until 2007, when it was extended to Gallatin.
