Beginning in strings
Tecnifibre first got known for its expertise in strings, especially in multifilament, thanks to a unique technology: the “PU400 Inside”. Both knowledge and experience made Tecnifibre to become the official stringer of Roland Garros in 2008, when the brand celebrated its 20th birthday. It helped the company to consolidate its position of leader in Europe.
Beginning in racquets
In 2004, Tecnifibre decides to launch its own range of racquets for competitors. Two raquets are provided to players. The T-Flash range that aims to give spin to offensive players, and the T-Fight that suits patient players’ needs in order to construct points. These racquets are currently used by several top players on the Tour, including Janko Tipsarevic (T-Fight 325), Denis Istomin (T-Fight 325) or Axel Michon (T-Flash 315), but also by the greatest juniors (Filip Peliwo, Wimbledon & Roland Garros Junior Champion in 2012). By believing each player deserves the racquet that fits the most his game Tecnifibre care as much on professional players than leisure players. The brand provides for those players an entire range of racquet called T-Fight, in order to help them to improve their game. Women also have their entire range of racquet with the program Rebound, created to give them the weapon they need as women and competitors. Thus, the T-Rebound give them both elegance and capacity to perform at a high level.
Racquets
T-Fight: this range is inspired from the oval head and square section, which has shaped generations of players. With a string pattern of 18x19, the racquet provides to powerful player a lot of control. The racquet exists in different weights (255, 280, 295, 305, 305, 320 and 325g), whereas the T-Fight 295MP includes a bigger head size. T-Flash: the racquet for players using a lot of spin. The round shaft provides a lot of spin thanks to Velocity Shaft Design Technology. This range also includes the Tour Prepared Technology, reducing vibrations and giving the best sensations. The pattern is open in order to allow players to maximize their spin capacity. T-Rebound: created from a co working between female players, designers and engineers, the T-Rebound range has been able to give an answer to specific demands of women from different age and level.
Squash
Tecnifibre is also very active in squash. The French brand is used by champions such as Thierry Lincou, Wael El Hindi, or more recently Mohamed Elshorbagy. In 2008, Tecnifibre is chosen to become the official partner of the English Squash Federation.
