Techno Brain is a multinational company, headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, that provides IT Solutions, IT Training and BPO/ITES services. It operates in 19 countries across the world including Research & Development centers in India and Kenya.^[1]

History

Techno Brain was incorporated in the year 1997 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It started operations as an IT Training center in Tanzania. Techno Brain gradually started offering ICT Solutions and Training across the Africa region. It then expanded operations to African countries such as Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, Malawi, Nigeria, South Sudan, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Mozambique, Lesotho, Swaziland, South Africa and also in UAE, India, UK and USA.^[2]

Operations

As of 1 July 2013, Techno Brain had presence across 19 countries including delivery centres in Kenya and India.

Africa: Techno Brain has development centre in Kenya and/or regional offices in Tanzania, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, South Sudan, Swaziland, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Asia: Techno Brain has development centres and/or regional offices in Hyderabad, India and UAE.

Europe: Techno Brain has a regional office in UK.

North America: Techno Brain has a regional office in the United States of America.

Techno Brain BPO / ITES

Techno Brain BPO / ITES, is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Enabled Services division of Techno Brain. The BPO / ITES division has operations in Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Ghana and Uganda.

Techno Brain Training Division

Techno Brain’s Training Division partners with New Horizons to offer training programs across Africa. The training division has operations in Tanzania, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi and Ethiopia.
