Target Partners is a European venture capital fund with €230 million under management[1] located in Munich. The investments include JouleX, Scoreloop and gate5 (now part of Ovi). Target Partners was founded 1999 by Berthold von Freyberg, Waldemar Jantz and Kurt Müller.

The company predominantly invests in technology companies in the Early-Stage or Seed stage. Industry sectors include Enterprise Software, Consumer Internet, Semiconductors and Cleantech.
