Tarek Amer (born 21 August 1989) is an Egyptian footballer. He currently plays as a striker for Farul Constanta competing in the Liga II in Romania.
Amer previously played for the Romanian teams FC Gloria Buzău and CF Brăila. His first goal for CF Brăila was in a humiliation against FC Botoşani,score 1-5 on 30 April 2011.
