Tamares Real Estate Investments is a privately owned real estate investment company based in London. It is a subsidiary of Tamares Group, headed by Poju Zabludowicz. Tamares is the largest landholder in downtown Las Vegas, owning 40% of the land.[1] Tamares acquires and operates its properties.

Tamares also owns a handful of buildings in the Fremont East district that include Le Thai, Beauty Bar, Don't Tell Mama and Commonwealth among its tenants.[11]
Past holdings:
- Argyle House - sold in December 2002[12]
- 1-6 Lombard Street - sold in September 2005[13]
- Princes House - sold in October 2005 for around £120 million[14][1]
- The Tides Hotel - sold in February 2006[15][16]
- The Gold Spike - sold in 2007 for $15.6 million[17][18]
- The Western - sold in 2013 for $14 million[19]
