Talwinderjit Singh (born October 21, 1986) is an Indian professional basketball player. He plays for the Young Cagers who compete at the FIBA Asia Champions Cup and is a member of the India national basketball team. Born in Ludhiana, Punjab, India to an autorickshaw driver father.
Singh competed for the India national basketball team for the first time at the FIBA Asia Championship 2009.[1] Singh had a solid first tournament for the Indians, averaging 13.6 points, 4 rebounds, and 2.4 steals per game at the for the 13th placed Indians.[2] His 2.4 steals per game was the second-highest total for the tournament, behind only Iranian player Mehdi Kamrani.
