Talk Radio News Service

Talk Radio News Service (TRNS) is an American news radio network providing live drop-ins and syndicated news coverage to multimedia outlets nationwide.

In addition to breaking news and feature content, TRNS is a regular host of "radio rows" at the Democratic and Republican National Conventions,[1] the U.N., and other political gatherings.[2]

Founded in 1993, TRNS maintains a Washington office that includes White House, Capitol Hill and Pentagon staffed bureaus, and a New York office with a United Nations staffed bureau.

TRNS correspondents, including former-Congressman Bob Ney (R-Ohio)[3] and chief White House correspondent Victoria Jones,[4] provide regular live drop-ins on partner radio shows, including those of Thom Hartmann, Alan Nathan, Leslie Marshall, and Lisa Wexler.

TRNS is managed by Ellen Ratner, a Fox News analyst.[5] Ratner is the sister of New York City developer and Brooklyn Nets minority owner Bruce Ratner and human rights attorney Michael Ratner.
