Talitres is a French independent record label, founded in August 2000 by Sean Bouchard and Xavier Simon.[3] Talitres has recorded artists as Emily Jane White, The Apartments, and Flotation Toy Warning.[4] Talitres also released in Europe The National's second album Sad Songs for Dirty Lovers, and Cherry Tree[5]

The label's first release was Elk City's debut album in March 2001, and has gone on to release 6-8 albums each year.[6] The label also has a booking and publishing branch, Talitres Publishing.

Talitres distributes in France and other European countries such as Italy, the Benelux, Switzerland and Portugal.[7] but has signed groups from all over North American and Europe.
