Take a Letter, Darling is a 1942 American romantic comedy film directed by Mitchell Leisen. It was nominated for three Academy Awards; Best Cinematography, Best Score and Best Art Direction (Hans Dreier, Roland Anderson, Samuel M. Comer).[1]

Plot

A struggling painter Fred MacMurray takes a job as private secretary to a tough female advertising executive Rosalind Russell. While working together to win the account of a tobacco company, they end up falling in love.[2]
