Take One is a live album by Norwegian singer-songwriter Susanne Sundfør. The title refers to the fact that the album was recorded in a single take. It is her second album to be released on EMI Music Norway. The first 10 tracks are acoustic covers of tracks from Sundfør's self-titled debut album, with the eleventh and final track being a new song.
