Taavi Rähn (born 16 May 1981 in Pärnu) is an Estonian professional footballer who plays for Flora in the Estonian Meistriliiga. He plays the position of defender or midfielder.
Club career
He started his professional career with FC Flora Tallinn as a centre-back, then moved on to the then Ukrainian Premier League club FC Volyn Lutsk and was employed as a defensive midfielder. He joined FK Ekranas in winter 2006.
In 2010, he was on trial at Qingdao Jonoon F.C. in the Chinese Super League.[2]
In March 2011, he signed a deal with China League One club Tianjin Songjiang.[3]
In January 2013, he signed with Chinese League One club Hunan Billows on a free transfer.[4]

International career
He is also an Estonia national football team player and has appeared in 71 matches for the senior side.
He scored an own goal playing against England in October 2007. In an attempt to clear the ball from outside his own box, he cleanly headed Ashley Cole's cross onto his own post, and past keeper and teammate Mart Poom. After that mistake, he has proven to be reliable and confident in his position.
