T. Swaminathan
T Swaminathan was cabinet secretary of India during 01-12-1970 to 02-11-1972.Predecessor-Shri.B.Sivaraman. Succeeded by -Shri B.D.Pande.He was a member of Indian Civil Service(ICS). T. Swaminathan, is a former Chief Election Commissioner of India, serving from February 7, 1973 to June 17, 1977.
