T-ara hello baby's Notes

In the past two seasons of “Hello Baby“, SNSD and SHINee each babysat one baby boy. This time around, T-ara will take on the challenge of caring for not one, but three kids! The popular girl group will take care of Moon Mason and his two younger brothers, Mavin and Maden.

Boram from T-ara shed tears of guilt. Boram raising Moon Mason and his two brothers for the KBS JOY 'Hello Baby' and on the recent recording, she was crying because she was sorry for Mason. On this day's recording, Boram wanted to have fun with Mason by playing with Mason's favorite toys and then she began teasing him by taking them away. At the beginning, it was a warm and fun atmosphere, but then Mason burst into tears and Boram appeared to be greatly embarrassed. Boram made a worthwhile attempt to calm down Mason, but Mason was not going to stop crying easily. Ultimately, Boram calmed down Mason and then she began feeling guilty and began crying.

Could we be seeing a possible joint parenthood for Moon Mason and his siblings? Girl group T-ara is currently participating on KBS JOY’s “T-ara’s Hello Baby“, for which they became mothers to the three siblings. Recently, T-ara received visits from their sons while on the set of KBS’s “Music Bank“. The babies monitored their mothers’ performances, and even met up with other popular singers backstage. The cute ‘ulzzang babies’ caught a lot of attention in the waiting rooms, and immediately contributed to livening up the mood. Taking this opportunity as their chance, the T-ara members began passing out invitation cards and cookies in order to persuade people to become fathers for a day. 2AM, who previously met with the babies in another recording, immediately ran up to them and asked, “Mason, it’s been a while! Do you remember us? We even sang ‘Can’t Send You Away Even If I Die‘ for you.” T-ara immediately requested for their aid, which lead Changmin to ask, “We haven’t even gotten married yet and you’re already asking us to become fathers?”

The members of T-ara personally prepared a birthday party for the youngest of the three toddlers they are raising on their reality program, KBS JOY’s “T-ara’s Hello Baby.” T-ara invited the help of labelmates Co-Ed to sing and dance cute performances for the youngest, Moon Maden, who was turning one. Member Hwa Young composed her own rap song with lyrics containing all of the memories she and Maden have made since their first meeting and performed it for the boys. Soyeon and Hyomin re-wrote a trot song with lyrics more enjoyable for the children as well. The highlight of any first birthday party is the segment where objects representing certain characteristics about the baby’s future are laid out on a table. Whichever object the baby chooses is said to give insight into his or her future (such as a book or pencil representing intelligence, money representing wealth, and string representing a long life). Mason and Mavin both never had such an event at their first birthday parties, and were able to take part in the meaningful event with their younger brother as well. The celebration was concluded with letters the girls wrote amidst their busy schedules. The show ended in tears, as the members swelled up with emotional while reading the letters aloud, eventually leading to the Moon brothers’ parents to cry as well.

A picture of Mason Moon wearing Hyun Bin’s infamous ‘Sparkling Training Gear’ has caught the attention of both Mason Moon and “Secret Garden” fans alike. On January 7, Moon’s mother uploaded a picture onto his mini-hompy of the child star wearing an exact replica of the famous blue training gear that was often worn by Hyun Bin in his drama. The captions of the picture read “Copying Hyun Bin hyung”, and “The haggard and arrogant Mason Moon” (Hyun Bin’s popular nickname for the drama is “the haggard and arrogant guy”). Netizens who saw the picture commented, “He’s so cute”, and “Juwonson-ssi~ Totally cute”.

On this week’s episode of KBS Joy’s ‘T-ara’s Hello Baby’, T-ara created dumplings with the three Moon brothers in celebration of the Korean New Year. Fierce competition was seen amongst the members of T-ara during this episode, as each member was given the task to create their dumplings with their own thought-out concept. To begin, member Hwa Young proudly held up her ginormous dumplings and stated, “My dumplings were made for samgyetang (chicken soup with ginseng). These dumplings contain chicken in them.” Soyeon quickly refuted Hwa Young’s explanation, as she said, “It’s bad to lie on broadcast. We didn’t even buy chicken as an ingredient…” Meanwhile, the episode also showed the Moon brothers visiting Boram at her musical.

Wearing lovely hanboks (traditional Korean dresses), the members of T-ara got together in celebration of the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday. Despite the fact that they filmed for an ad all day, the girls brightened up when they revealed that this was the first time in a month that all seven members were able to see each other since they wrapped up their album promotions. The upcoming holiday is especially important to T-ara because they’ve received a week-long break from their schedules. Since they received only a day for last year’s Chuseok, the girls are determined to make it last. Soyeon stated,“It’s the first time we’ve received such a long break, and it was unexpected so now I’m wondering how to spend it. I’ll be going home no matter what and catch up on my sleep, then spend some time with my family. I want to return to being a regular person and watch movies and drink coffee with my friends.”

Hyomin revealed, “My immediate family is the oldest, and I’m the eldest daughter as well, so we have to make all of the food. My cooking skills? I’m pretty good. During last year’s Chuseok, I went home late at night and was extremely sorry for only sleeping through everything, but I’m going to make sure I play the role of the eldest this time.” Unfortunately for Eunjung, she had no idea that they had even received a break due to her busy schedule with KBS 2TV’s “Dream High” and only found out on-set today. “The filming schedule is kind of tight so I’m not sure whether I can rest. I want to at least head home for a day and eat rice cake soup with my family. Even if I can’t, I won’t be disappointed. Being loved as an actress is something great in itself.” When asked about New Year’s cash gifts, the members showed a mature side by saying that they’d be giving gifts to their parents, and not the other way around. Leader Boram replied, “I’m going to be writing a letter to my parents with everything I was too shy to say up front. I’m not good at expressing myself, so I hope my feelings are delivered.” Hyomin will be preparing another special gift alongside a cash gift. “I bought my parents shoes before and they loved it. They didn’t act like it when I first gave it to them, but it felt good when they came to visit me wearing the shoes. I’m going to be giving them something eye-catching this time.” T-ara is also preparing for their biggest year since their debut, as the girls are planning to join the Hallyu Wave over in Japan this April. Jiyeon commented, “It’s something we’ve dreamed of, and we’ve prepared a lot, so we just have to show it all. I want us to be loved as much as we are loved in Korea. I’m confident in that.”

Qri added, “I’m so excited, I can’t even sleep. Sometimes we’ll even stay up all night talking about our Japanese promotions. We’ll be going step by step in order to prevent mistakes. All of our language skills are about in the middle so there shouldn’t be any huge problems.” Boram continued, “Having rested, I now realize how good it feels to be busy. It felt good coming back earlier this month after resting for a while after ‘Crazy Because of You.’ Even if it’s difficult, it’s more fun being busy and exciting as well in being able to try new things.” Asked to choose their final New Year’s wish, Boram chose, “I want a boyfriend that I communicate well with. It’d be nice to have someone I can talk to, but since I have a lot of girl friends, I want a cool boyfriend.”
